Prepare for a seven-hour happy hour.
Behold, Skillet’s fourth brick-and-mortar restaurant, announced last fall and opening tomorrow in the Amazon Doppler building at 2050 6th Avenue.
The restaurant, only slightly behind its original timeline, will serve a menu familiar to Skillet fans, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. And here’s a fun twist: Skillet Regrade will host “happy lunch” Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with smaller portions of the fried chicken sammy, burger, and other lunch items all under $10.
There’s also going to be an evening happy hour Monday to Friday 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. with discounted cocktails, featured tall boys, and wine. Skillet Regrade will have a daily breakfast burrito, too.
To serve its busy weekday audience, Skillet will have plenty of grab-and-go options as well as a dine-in menu for its 40-seat space. When the weather is nice, an additional 36 seats will be available on the outside patio.
2050 6th Avenue, (206) 512-2002, website. Open Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Sunday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
