Skillet Counter Regrade is located at the base of the Doppler campus meeting center and offers all of the favorite Skillet items. We have a full bar, including cocktails, draft beer, and wine. It’s the perfect location to hit up before a convention, shopping, or a show.

Regrade was built with locally sourced materials, including reclaimed wood from Port Townsend, and has the same neighborhood-diner-inspired aesthetic as the flagship Capitol Hill location.

As a quick-service restaurant, our seating at Skillet Counters are first come, first serve. However, our team is always happy to provide guidance on typical seating availability.
