Salmon with Bacon Spread & Pecan Corn Flake Crust

¼ cup chopped pecans
½ cup crushed corn flakes
½ cup Skillet Balsamic & Brown Sugar Bacon Spread
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 four to five ounce pink salmon fillets


"Preheat oven to 375°. As a visual, when chopping the pecans and crushing the corn flakes, keep them the size of a corn kernel. Combine the pecans and corn flakes. In a small bowl, mix the bacon spread and the mayonnaise. Place the salmon, skin side down on a lightly–oiled baking sheet. Spread the top evenly with the bacon spread mix. Then, sprinkle and pat the pecan mix on top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until just cooked and serve immediately.
