Porchetta Sammy Revisited

We took a look back on our menus from 2007 and pulled out this jem to bring back on the Throwback Menu for April.

The porchetta isn’t simple to make, it takes us two days! It’s kinda like patty cake…we flatten it, fill it, roll it up (let all the flavors sit and meld) and then we put it in the oven. It’s a labor of love.
