From five amazing Skillet chefs comes the new fall/winter menu for Skillet Diners in Ballard & Capitol Hill! Our collaborative culinary team brought together their best ideas in the test kitchen and the winners include beer braised pork shank with pretzel gnocchi, pumpkin and quinoa salad and did we mention dessert? Chocolate layer cake with Nutella buttercream, a giant malted hazelnut chocolate chip cookie a la mode and a ginger comice pear hand pie. Delicious!
